You can view our Site without an Digit Tech account, but you need to register as a member to place an order or request a quotation for the product. Click the membership registration link displayed on the homepage to create an account.
Your e-mail address is required for membership registration. Please note that you cannot share one e-mail address with multiple people.
1.2 Forgot password
Your email address is served as your user ID. If you forget your email address, you have to register another account. You can sign in with the e-mail address and password. If you have trouble when sign in, click "Forget Password?" which displayed in the login page. To protect the personal information of customers, we will send you an email containing a link to the Digit-Tek.com change password page after you submit your information.
2.1 Search (exact match &partial match)
Search box is on the top of our home page. You can enter the manufacturer’s part number or keywords in the search box to execute a search. According to your searched keywords, you will see the exact match item and the partial match items; also you can check price comparison in search result page.
2.2 Price comparison
Digit Tech offers price comparison. On the search results page, from the left hand navigation column, you can filter the search results, "Supplier" or "Manufacturer" sorting option. This function can make you purchase faster.
2.3 Add to my favorites
My Favorites is a function that organizes the products you frequently order on a manufacturer's part number basis. You can add the products to My Favorites on the shopping cart and product details page.

Prices are subject to change at any time. All prices are in U.S. Dollars, and all payments to or from Digit Tech shall be made in U.S. Dollars (Please note that the payments will be made in HKD dollar when you checkout via PayPal). Prices do not include handling fees, shipping cost, export and/or import licensing of the products, or payment of duties, tariffs, or other similar charges, all of which shall be the responsibility of Buyer and shall be paid directly by Buyer or charged to Buyer by Digit Tech. Prices do not include taxes or charges imposed by any taxing authority upon the manufacture, sale, shipment, storage, "value add," or use of the products, which charges and taxes shall also be the responsibility of Buyer. Digit Tech may withhold taxes and charges as required by law. Any sales tax assessed on a sale and paid by Digit Tech will be charged to Buyer.
How to place an order:
A. Search -> Select product -> Add to shopping cart -> Complete order -> Get the order confirmation mail -> Pay -> Digit Tech confirm the payment -> Shipping -> Get shipment notice email -> Deliver.
B. Search -> Select product -> Make an RFQ -> Get the quotation -> Add to shopping cart -> Complete order -> Get the order confirmation mail -> Pay -> Digit Tech confirm the payment -> Shipping -> Get shipment notice email -> Deliver.
After you submit an order, we may check your method of payment, shipping address and/or tax exempt identification number, if any, before confirming your order. Digit Tech only purchase the items after receiving the payment. Digit Tech’s product information is provided by the supplier. Therefore, when Digit Tech place the purchase order, the price increasing or quantity shortage may happen. Digit Tech will inform you and make our best effort to solve it. Delivery and/or shipment date are estimated and do not represent fixed or guaranteed delivery dates.
Digit Tech offers 4 payment methods: Digit Tech Wallet, PayPal, credit card and T/T in advance (bank transfer). If you select TT in advance (bank transfer) as the payment method, please note that order is confirmed until receiving the payment. If you are in a hurry, please select Digit Tech Wallet or PayPal option that enables the product to be shipped on the scheduled ship date.
For your convenience, we will suggest you to use Digit Tech Wallet service. You can charge the money to your Digit Tech Wallet in order to pay all online orders easier. Digit Tech offers FedEx IP and FedEx IE shipping method. Once you select the shipping region, a total shipping cost will be estimated in your Shopping Cart. This cost will be added to the final invoice. You may also select your own freight account number when checkout.
However, when you place an order, Digit Tech will check the total size and weight of your purchase, as well as the delivery address and shipping option you selected, if your order is oversize or overweight, the Digit Tech Customer Service Representative will contact you to pay the difference.
Customer may return Products to Digit Tech only with a return material authorization ("RMA") number issued by Digit Tech. Customer must notify Digit Tech about the detailed information about any damage to the outer packaging or the Products, shortage, or other discrepancy ("Visual Defect") within 14 days after receipt of the products; otherwise, Customer is deemed to accept the Products and may not revoke acceptance. RMAs will be issued only for Visual Defects caused by Digit Tech or the original manufacturer. RMAs will not be granted for damage, shortage, or other discrepancy created by Customer, the carrier or freight provider, or any other third party. Product return pursuant to a warranty requires written notice from Customer to Digit Tech within the warranty period, detailing the Product defect. Customer must return the Products to Digit Tech in original manufacturer's shipping cartons with freight prepaid or equivalent, along with acceptable proof of purchase, within the warranty period and as specified in the RMA. At Digit Tech's discretion, Digit Tech will return all Products which are not eligible for return to Customer, with freight collect, or hold Product for Customer's account at Customer's expense.
